תקני בטיחות ילדים

האיסור

ב-InVibe אסור בהחלט כל תוכן או התנהגות של ניצול או התעללות מינית בילדים, ובכלל זה:

תוכן של התעללות מינית בילדים (CSAM), מכל סוג, לרבות תוכן מצויר, ערוך או שנוצר בבינה מלאכותית.
פיתוי קטינים (Grooming), יצירת קשר עם קטין למטרה מינית, או בקשה לתוכן מיני מקטין.
סחיטה מינית (Sextortion) וכל ניסיון לנצל קטין.
תוכן שמיני או מציג באופן מיני קטינים.

האפליקציה מיועדת לבני 18 ומעלה בלבד. ראו גם תנאי השימוש, סעיף 3 וסעיף 6.

גיל: ההרשמה מחייבת תאריך לידה, וההרשמה חסומה למי שמתחת לגיל 18. חשבון של קטין שמתגלה נסגר.
סריקה אוטומטית: כל תמונה נסרקת אוטומטית, ככלל לפני שהיא מתפרסמת, ותמונה שמסווגת כמינית או פוגענית נחסמת ולא מגיעה לאף משתמש. בעומס חריג אצל ספק הסריקה תמונה עשויה להתפרסם לפני הסריקה, והיא נסרקת מיד כשהעומס חולף; תמונה שנחסמת אז נמחקת אצל כולם. גם טקסט נבדק לפני פרסום.
זיהוי חומר ידוע: התמונות מוגשות דרך Cloudflare עם כלי סריקת ה-CSAM שלה, שמשווה אותן למאגרי חומר ידוע, חוסם התאמות ומתריע לנו.

כל משתמש יכול לדווח על פרופיל, וייב, הודעה או קהילה בלחיצה, מכל מקום באפליקציה, ולחסום משתמש. כל דיווח נבחן על ידי אדם תוך 24 שעות.

תוכן כזה מוסר מיד, והחשבון שפרסם אותו נחסם לצמיתות.
אנחנו שומרים ראיות כנדרש בדין, ומדווחים לרשויות אכיפת החוק ולגופים להגנת ילדים, לרבות המוקד הלאומי להגנה על ילדים ברשת (105) ו-NCMEC, בהתאם לדין.
אנחנו פועלים בהתאם לכל החוקים החלים על בטיחות ילדים.

אם ילד נמצא בסכנה מיידית, פנו מיד למשטרה (100) או למוקד 105.

InVibe (developer: InVibe) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Prohibited: any CSAM (including drawn, edited or AI-generated), grooming, soliciting sexual content from minors, sextortion, and any sexualisation of minors.
Adults only: registration requires a date of birth and is blocked for anyone under 18; accounts found to belong to minors are closed.
Detection: every image is scanned automatically, as a rule before it is published, and blocked if classified as sexual or abusive (if the scanning provider is briefly over capacity, an image may be published first and is scanned as soon as capacity returns; a late block removes it for everyone); text is checked before publishing; images are also served through Cloudflare's CSAM Scanning Tool (hash matching against known material).
In-app reporting: users can report any profile, status, message or community and block any user, from anywhere in the app. Every report is reviewed by a person within 24 hours.
Enforcement: such content is removed immediately and the account is permanently banned. We preserve evidence as required and report to law enforcement and child-protection bodies, including Israel's National Child Online Protection Center (105) and NCMEC, in accordance with applicable law.
Compliance: we comply with all applicable child-safety laws.
